Lynn Gordon Butterfield has been with Coldwell Banker in Salt Lake City/Park City, Utah where he was a Managing Broker, and Northwest Arkansas where he is an Associate Broker, for more than twenty years. He’s also a host for the real estate and lifestyle network, American Dream TV. Mr. Butterfield was formerly a Senior Vice President with Wall Street-based investment bank – BlueStone Capital Partners and Trade.com. He was Manager of West Coast Business Development for UVEST Investment Services, a Charlotte, North Carolina investment bank.  He is a nationally recognized expert in equity capital and investing services. He has been a resource for, and has been quoted by, organizations such as Newsweek and ABC News. He has worked with emerging and expanding companies from Silicon Valley to Wall Street, and China to the Middle East for the past thirty-seven years, where he developed his global expertise in business development and expansion. He developed his equity-backed business experience by working with companies and venture capitalists in "hands-on" business development. His investment banking experience was developed in New York City as a Senior Vice President with Wall Street-based investment bank – BlueStone Capital Partners and Trade.com. Previous to Mr. Butterfield’s Wall Street experience, he worked as Chief Operations Officer as well as a Trustee of VentureCapital.org (Wayne Brown Institute), a nationally recognized nonprofit organization that helps entrepreneurs to Start Companies, Find Money and Change the World. As a financial planner for IDS Financial Services, a division of American Express, he was ranked fourth in the number of plans sold in the Rocky Mountain Region.  He was listed in "Outstanding Young Men of America" in 1987 and is the former Chairman of the Credit Committee at America First Credit Union, one of America’s largest credit unions. Mr. Butterfield also earned the Edward A. Filene Award, the Friedrich W. Raiffeisen Award and the Roy F. Bergengren Award as a volunteer in the Credit Union Movement where he assisted individuals in building a solid financial foundation. He served as Chairman for the Tooele County, Utah Planning & Zoning Commission for seven years. Mr. Butterfield was a member of the Board of Trustees for Special Olympics Utah where is served as a member of the Governance Committee for six years. He was a member of the operations floor staff for University of Utah Gymnastics, the most winning gymnastics program in NCAA History, for fifteen years. He is currently a volunteer member of the operations floor staff for the University of Arkansas Woman’s Gymnastics team.  He is a graduate of the University of Utah where he received both B.S. and M.S. degrees.
